Robert Pollard hits us with yet another stellar opening track. There are only two guitar parts in “Silk Rotor” (and a guitar solo that isn’t included in this transcription), so it’s a fairly easy song to play. The syncopation of the verse riff might be the trickiest part to nail down, but it sounds great even when it’s a little sloppy.
