In “How Can A Plumb Be Perfected?” from Earth Man Blues, most of the guitar is based around an open-position G chord. For the verses, we’ll mostly play only the sixth and fifth strings for this chord and move it up one fret as well. During the chorus, we’ll move the whole shape up where it becomes a Cadd2 chord. So for the most part, you’ll be able to keep your fingers in one position, although there are a couple of other chord changes.
