“Cream Of Lung” kinda creeps me out in the best possible way. The lyrics conjure up some strange images, and Robert Pollard’s lower register vocal delivery, along with the wobbly tremolo guitar effect, just make the tune sound…uneasy, in my opinion. Fortunately, however, it’s very easy to play on guitar (again, just my opinion).
