When Guided By Voices first released “Cavemen Running Naked” as a single for Strut Of Kings back in May 2024, it really didn’t grab me the way previous single “Serene King” did. Obviously I knew it would only be a matter of time before I fell in love with it, because that’s how it goes with these songs. So I consider this one a “grower,” and of course I had to learn how to play it on guitar.
